Privacy and security you can rely on

No jokes on this page. Here is exactly what happens to your patients' information, in plain English.

Three standards. Three plain answers.

What actually happens to the data.

No audio is stored

There is no recording to keep. The consult streams through and the note comes out the other side.

Your data stays in Australia

Patient data is held in Australian data centres, under Australian law.

Nothing trains our models

Your consults and your notes are never used to train anything. Not ours, not anyone else's.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Every connection and every stored note is encrypted, whether you are writing it or reading it back.

Nothing is sold or shared

We don't sell, share or transfer your information, or your patients', to third parties.

You can ask for it to be deleted

You have the right to request complete deletion of patient information. Ask, and we'll action it.

Before you start, tell the patient. It takes one sentence: “I use a tool that writes my notes while we talk. It doesn't record anything. Is that alright with you?”

That isn't a suggestion. Getting the patient's agreement before you begin is a condition of using NirvaScribe, written into the Terms of Service.

If they would rather you didn't, don't start the session.

Doing due diligence?

If you need documentation for a practice review, a procurement process or your own privacy officer, ask. We'll send what you need.
